A Few Photographs From Along Route 66; Hackberry Arizona; Part II

One of the many scenes I photographed in Hackberry, Arizona. (click to enlarge)
All images made with a Nikon Z7II + a Nikon 24-200mm f/4-6.3 lens.

Hackberry, Arizona, along old Route 66, is rich in photographic opportunities, I thought I would post some additional images I made there.  In my last post, here, I presented a number of images from Hackberry.  If these images intrigue you, might want to take a look.

Hackberry is located between Seligman and Kingman.  In reality, Hackberry is basically a small, very unique general store with a few other buildings on its grounds.  Not much else around it.  However, if you love photographing old trucks, old cars, Americana, etc., do not pass this little place by.

Here are a few more images from this fascinating little place.

Your requisite bullet holes in a windshield.  Almost required in rural areas! (click to enlarge)

I hope you enjoyed these.  I made images of several other subjects in Hackberry, but these were my favorites.  Next I will post some variations of these images, including black and white versions, then it is on to Tucumcari, New Mexico, another photographically rich Route 66 town.  I think some of these subjects really call for black and white!
