During one of my annual early winter wildlife excursions to Virginia's Eastern Shore, I was wandering through the countryside looking for interesting compositions. I found a small, out of the way park with these trees. The fog was lifting but the morning mist contrasted nicely with this small stand of trees.
There is something about this copse of trees, silhouetted by the morning fog, that grabbed my attention. Maybe a sense of mystery?
