More Photographic Resources That May Interest You

Wachapreague, Eastern Shore, Virginia

Check out my website and galleries at www.dennismook.com

There is just so much photographic information on the Internet.  I think you could spend days and days just finding interesting sites.  In the past couple of posts, I wrote about some interesting photographic sites for craft and art, gear, reviews and interesting blogs, etc.  Today, I wanted to point you in the direction of what has been, in my experience, some pretty good photographic education.  Again, there is so much photographic education and training out there that one could spend days and days exploring and learning.  The ones I am writing about are the ones with which I have personal experience.

Kelby Training   First class training in all photographic subjects by excellent photographers.  Great Photoshop and Lightroom training also.  Scott Kelby is the president of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals and melds much of that into his training business.

Kelby TV  Great free videos on lots of photographic, Photoshop and Lightroom topics,  Excellent.

Lynda.com   First class training in all photographic, and many more topics, by excellent photographers and experts covering many software programs besides photography.

B&H PhotoVideo   The premier photographic retailer also provides excellent free training.

Adorama TV Adorama is a major competitor to B&H and also provides excellent free training.

New York Institute of Photography  They have been around when their course was mail order.  I never took their course, but a couple of my friends did years ago and it was excellent.

Digital Photography School  Great all around photographic information.

YouTube Photography Sites  I can find just about anything I need to learn photographically on You Tube.  From lighting, to camera reviews to Photoshop and Lightroom tutorials, it is all there for you.

I could go on further, but you get the idea.  Each of these, plus many of the blogs I wrote about, have some first class photography education and training.  Add the live venues, and there is more than a lifetime of photographic resources at your beck and call.

Enjoy!

Thanks for looking.
