Today, in the United States, we recognize Labor Day. In Canada the first Monday of September also is Labour Day. This is the day that is set aside each year as a day to appreciate all those who work to make our lives better in so many ways. It is also a legal holiday.
Today also represents the traditional end to the summer season and the beginning of a new school year. Of course, most people think of it only as a day off from work and Labor Day sales at brick and mortar was well as online stores.
Whatever it is to you, just take a moment to appreciate all those who have worked diligently over the past year to make all those things that you enjoy using as well as the services you find necessary possible for you to have a comfortable life.
You have my thanks.
