Quick Reminder

For those of us who switched from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time earlier today, you may want to:

a)  check to see if your camera automatically switched times,

b)  if your camera didn’t automatically switch, before you manually reset the time, check to see if your camera has a menu item that allows you to turn on/off Daylight Savings Time, and

c) for those of you who don’t switch times, today is a perfect opportunity to check your camera’s clock for accuracy.  Most of the clocks in the cameras that I have owned have been notoriously either fast or slow.  Checking and setting the correct time twice a year (or more if time is critical to your photography) may be prudent.
