Spotted in a parking lot at the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.
I believe I saw five people get out of this minivan, some children. The back rack is about 3 inches above the ground. It appears the inside is also fully loaded. If it looks this overloaded when empty, I suspect the van is even lower to the ground when everyone gets in.
I would think this can't possibly be safe?
