One Of The Upsides Of Being Restricted To Staying Home

It's easy to find only negatives about the fact that most of us are being restricted to our homes during this pandemic.  One bright spot I've discovered in all of this is that I've become keenly aware of my immediate surroundings.  I now have time to really see things that I would have taken for granted in the past.  I probably wouldn't have made this image of the rose in other circumstances.  I suspect I would have seen it blossoming but continued on my way rather than stopping and enjoying its beauty.  However, this time I saw that beauty and wanted to record it.

I guess what I'm saying is that some good can be found in just about any circumstance.  It is up to each of us to make the bad times a little more tolerable though self-discovery.
