Merry Christmas!

I know some of you reading this are not Christians or don't celebrate Christmas.  That is certainly okay.  In my world, we all get to believe what we think is right for each of us. For those of you who don't, I sincerely wish you well, everyday.  But, I am hoping you take advantage of the heightened spirit around you and enjoy this time of the year as well.

My family and I celebrate Christmas, which is our right and belief.  For all of you who are Christian and celebrate Christmas, I wish each of you a wonderful, meaningful Christmas.

Something seems to change about people's behavior this time of year.  I like the change.  I wish the change would permeate throughout the entire year, but sadly, it doesn't. At this time of the year people's attitudes seem to change for the better.  I see more people smiling.  I see a bounce in their step that is absent other times of the year.  People seem to be more generous.  People's spirits seem to fly higher.  The world seems a bit better, even though it probably isn't, unfortunately.  But, it is nice to feel better about everything this time of the year.

Merry Christmas and thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts, words and experiences with you.
