Are you looking to be more successful at work? 

Here is my formula.  It worked splendidly for me.

*Work hard, but

*Work smart

*Do more than you have to do, and

*Take the initiative

     and through all of it

*Keep a positive attitude.

You can do the first four superbly, but if you don't keep a positive attitude, no one will want to work with you.  You have to be a part of the "team."

If you boss asks you to do something, here is something you can say that will be music to his or her ears, "Consider it done!"  Those three words are like magic.  The idea is for your boss to never have to worry about your work or your project being done on time, done right and done so well that he or she never has to check on it or you.  Good luck!
