The Story Behind The Image; There Is None; Part II
A couple of weeks ago, I posted an image, which you can find here, that is one of two images of the tens and tens of thousands of images that I have made over the past 45 years but for the life of me cannot remember where I made it. Here is the second one.
Again, this image was made with a Pentax 6X7 camera on Kodak Vericolor film. I made this image sometime in the 1980s but I have no idea where. I suspect, as with the earlier image, the most likely place was on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, but I can't be sure.
Also, like the first image I posted, I enjoy looking at this simple scene on an interesting day. I hope you do as well.
Thanks for looking. Enjoy!

I was going to say Poquoson, but Eastern Shore works, too. Somewhere not far from here in any event.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like the dry dock area in St. Michaels Maryland -- the museum there.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip, JM. I don't ever remember visiting St. Michaels, but I may have forgotten. However, after looking at many images in Google Images of St. Michaels, it is now on my radar to pay a visit in the near future. Thanks for the heads up.
